Robot Service & Repair
Robot repairs require the expertise of virtually all our service areas. Robots may be comprised of combinations of any or all of the following: mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, electrical components, ballscrews, servo motors, encoders, wiring harnesses, and circuit boards. After being received in the main shop area, robots are inspected and disassembled. The various parts and assemblies are then sent to their respective service areas, where they are individually repaired and tested.

Vacuum Pumps Service & Repair
Our Repair Services repairs vacuum pumps, diffusion pumps, and blowers from over fifty manufacturers. When we receive your component we disassemble and clean it in preparation for a complete inspection. Among the many things we check and evaluate are gaskets, seals, bearings, valves, temperature probes, belts, couplings, pulleys, and electrical motors.
